Lee is a rare find and a breath of fresh air in the contractor world. We had a significant amount of wood rot damage behind the wall from a hidden leak. Lee quickly and accurately assessed the damage and let us know what it would likely cost and when he could start. He started when he said he would and the cost was on the lower end of what he said it would be. He showed up every day right when he said he would. He even worked through the MLK holiday and weekend to keep on track. The kids and I were staying at my mom's during the job, so I really appreciated this. Lee's honesty, follow-up, timeliness, dedication and reasonable cost are uncommon these days and his work was top notch. All the rotten and damaged material was removed and replaced with good, solid boards/beams and the wall and ceiling put back together. He even took the time to teach my husband what they were doing along the way. When people say no one treats their customers right any more, what they mean is no one treats their customers like Lee does. Recently, I had a new deck put in, a cover for the deck built, a window replaced and a new sliding glass door put in by Lee Enterprises LLC.  First, I want to say the craftmanship of their work was amazing.  Everything was well built, to code and finished to perfection. Second, communication was excellent. When I was getting bids, Lee got back to me within 15 minutes after I left a message requesting a call back. Anytime I texted Lee about changes or concerns, he responded promptly during the whole project. While on site working, if changes were necessary, no work was done without discussing with me first. Amazing communication. Lastly, I would highly, and I will say it again, highly recommend Lee Construction to anyone. I plan to use him again. Lee and his company remodeled our 44 year old kitchen last month.  Lee installed new kitchen cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, new electrical outlets, new light fixtures, new sink plumbing, and relocated one new window.  Lee's quality of work is unsurpassed. I hired Lee for a full rebuild of a second story deck and outdoor stairs that required demolition of the existing structure and subsequent reconstruction. Work was completed in a timely manner and on budget despite the discovery of additional needed work as a result of the negligence of the previous builder.
